We came to town for a band competition and we had a fantastic stay here! The customer service is 5 out of 5. The front desk manager was so kind and very helpful! The breakfast is great! No complaints!
I have been to this hotel many times over the last few years, for our way trips between CA and WA, it is the perfect midway stop, and most importantly, it is the ONLY hotel in the region to have an extremely friendly pet fee. The breakfast is fresh and plenty, the staffs are warm and professional. If you are IHG you need to consider this hotel.
I’m a flight attendant and have stayed at numerous hotels. This one is such a gem. Front desk lady was genuinely friendly, room is clean and in good shape, I’m also very impressed by their continental breakfast. Basic offerings yet the quality of food is quite decent and you can see that they cared, for example, there are free kids drawing kits, assorted nice teas, honey and small packaged silk soy milk. Management team did an amazing job. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!
Nice clean room. Very comfy mattress and pillows. We were in a first floor room right by the lobby and it was very quiet in our room. They must have great insulation. Didn’t hear a sound until we opened the door. It was near the freeway but again we didn’t hear anything from our room. Nice free breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.
Shout out to my girl Kari! I had made reservations for the wrong dates and we were just a couple hours from the hotel. And she took care of it for me, even dealing with the pain in the neck 3rd party companies about the change. And the room was comfortable and they have a great breakfast buffet
This is my 2nd stay here. The rooms were very clean. Mattresses we're comfortable. Now let's talk about the staff. The staff was absolutely amazing. Friendly very professional. Always helpful. And I was very pleased to see that it was the same staff as my last visit.
Our go to pet friendly stop in grants. clean rooms, good cheats pillows, and beds, with holiday inn you know what your getting. Staff is friendly, breakfast area is neat and clean.
We’ve stayed many times in this location. Customer service has been exceptional every time. Specifically we would like to thank Michael, Keri, and Tiffany. There are many more employees that were excellent. Unfortunately, I have trouble remembering names occasionally. During our current visit we met Clark for the first time and his customer service is without a doubt an 11/10.
